Happy Half priced V-day candy Day!! (aka-Possibly our favorite day of the year.)

We hoped you were showered with love and chocolates by your boo yesterday. While we stayed away from the sweets, we did get an amazing gift of photos from a recent dinner party hosted by Meg of Meg Grant.Co. Meg creates all things pretty; calligraphy, stationary design, styling- you name it! You can check out her Instagram feed in the link above. (We promise you won't be disappointed.)

When Meg approached us about creating florals for her backyard event, we jumped on it. Her inspiration was bohemian, bright, fresh and welcoming. How could we pass that up? We immediately started brainstorming flowers and fruits, our final list consisted of:

  • king protea
  • quicksand roses
  • garden roses
  • spray roses
  • ranunculus
  • anemones
  • dahlias
  • kiwi branches
  • pampas grass
  • kiwi fruit
  • star fruit
  • cactus fruit (talk about beauty being on the inside!)

While we love to look at photos of our flowers, it's SO cool to see them in action. We are loving how our arrangements made a seemingly casual ground level table really pop with sophistication. And I mean, the gorgeous place settings and cafe lights helped a little.

Boss-lady Meg is a genius with the details. This copper menu she created along with the copper bar accents were stunning. She also made the acrylic place cards and invitations herself. Can you believe she imagined and produced all of this?! (We can't help but praise fellow females who make dreams become reality- from small dinner parties to large businesses!)

Again, we are so thankful to have been a part of this gorgeous intimate backyard dinner party. We hope that this inspires you to create something beautiful in your own life. Huge shout out to Meg for trusting us with your event! We have some future plans with Meg and can't wait to show you what we are working on. (Second shout out to Ashleigh Amoroso Photography for these gorgeous images.)

Oh, hey- she also made it onto the Camille Styles Blog! WHAT?! You can check out the entire post and get details from the evening here.
